摘  要

看病难和看病贵已经成为了许多患者的共同感受，医患矛盾已经成为一种尖锐的矛盾。有点患者在医院等候几个小时，再看病是很平常的事情。大医院医生的门诊号、住院床位、CT检查等都是稀缺资源，特别是对于医疗设备先进、医疗水平较高、就诊量大的大型综合医院，门诊拥挤是一种常见的现象，也是困扰医院就诊效率及医院形象的难题。

医院医院预约系统主要服务于大型医院。本次开发设计以现实生活中的大型医院网上挂号为主要依据和背景，在对此流程中的挂号、选择主任医师系统进行深入调查后，力争开发出一个实用性强、功能齐全、页面清晰的医院医院预约系统系统。建立医院自身的在线医院预约系统，能够良好的和本医院己有的HIS系统绑定，也就避免了患者在第三方合作网站上挂号后还要在医院重新排号的情况，并且使患者治疗和数据分析更方便，这也是相当一部分医院的需求也是短期的信息化改革的目标。本文的研究是如何建立一个适合医院自身状况的在线挂号系统。

本系统采用JavaWeb的SSM框架开发，Mysql数据库，实现科室及专家预览、预约挂号、等操作。希望通过本软件平台，使医院医院预约系统更加便利和快捷。

Abstract

Difficult and expensive to see a doctor has become the common feeling of many patients, the contradiction between doctors and patients has become a sharp contradiction. It's common for some patients to wait a few hours in the hospital. Doctor's outpatient number, inpatient bed, CT examination and so on are scarce resources, especially for large general hospitals with advanced medical equipment, high medical level and large number of visits, outpatient congestion is a common phenomenon, and it is also a difficult problem that puzzles the efficiency and image of hospitals.

Hospital reservation registration system mainly serves large hospitals. This development design takes the real life large hospital online registration as the main basis and the background, after the registration in this process, selects the chief physician system to carry on the thorough investigation, strives to develop a hospital hospital appointment system which has the practicability, the function is complete, the page is clear. Establish the hospital's own online booking registration system, can be well bound to the hospital's own HIS system, that is to avoid patients registered on the third-party cooperation website after the re-numbering in the hospital, and make patient treatment and data analysis more convenient, this is a considerable part  Hospital demand is also the goal of short-term information reform. This paper studies how to establish an online registration system suitable for the hospital's own condition.

This system uses the JavaWeb SSM frame development, Mysql the database, realizes the department and the expert preview, the reservation registration, and so on operation. hope to make the hospital reservation system more convenient and fast through this software platform.
