运行web项目时候提示Address localhost:xxxx is already in used
但是并没有在其他应用中占用自己的端口号
怀疑是之前web项目的Tomcat并没有被关闭一直占用该端口
解决方式
在运行web项目前去tomcat/bin目录下运行shutdown.bat脚本关闭tomcat，再直接运行web项目
