官网是这样写的

git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA/apex
cd apex
pip install -v --disable-pip-version-check --no-cache-dir --global-option="--cpp_ext" --global-option="--cuda_ext" ./

前两步没问题，最后一步就报错了

解决方法

python3 setup.py install

我激活了自己项目用的虚拟环境，然后输入 python3 setup.py install，就成功了。
