今天打算使用 vue 的脚手架构建项目时，发现的问题

运行命令

npm install -g @vue/cli

解决方法：

输入以下指令

// 解决 python 相关问题
// 官网连接（https://www.python.org/）下载并安装

然后重新输入npm install -g @vue/cli
