错误原因：

nodejs 版本过高导致，我这里是16.x版本

解决办法：

win+R打开cmd窗口,输入

node -v

查看自己安装的node版本，若不是v14.3.0版本，则卸载原来的版本，重新安装v14.3.0版本的nodejs。

再次创建项目，成功解决！
